Aromatherapy is the most widely recommended massage. Combined with different techniques, the variety of essential oils provides a range of uses. Some calm while others energise. To calm: chamomile, lavender. To energise: rosemary, eucalyptus, pine.
After the consultation, one or more essential oils will be selected based on your specific needs and combined with the massage oil. The therapist will then apply using the Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage to give you and your body the proper treatment.
Inform your therapist of your needs and she/he will propose the best option. It is very important to inform your therapist if you have an infectious skin disease, rash or open wounds, or if you have recently undergone surgery, chemo or radiation therapy.
